My friends and I went to Kolonaki restaurant this past Sunday,when we got there we were told to wait outside as the restaurant was fully occupied the lady told us to come back at 4pm,while waiting we decided to take pictures,we saw people who came after us going in and others were leaving but we didn't wanna jump into conclusions,so at 4pm we went back to the lady and tells us,rudely so,that they work with reservations only and we should've made a reservation,the information regarding reservations is available on the website,we then told her that the information regarding reservations is not available on the website otherwise we would've made reservations and we just left,the service they gave us was really unprofessional and the lady was just blatantly rude
