Nedbank Jabulani Mall Service for Senior Citizens
My grandmother and I visited the Nedbank branch in Jabulani Mall and the security guard was so unhelpful! My grandmother had to stand outside in queue in this cold whereas there’s space inside and she has a spine problem, I am really disappointed in their service for senior citizens honestly

Rotten food
We ordered food from Tian Tian in Princess crossing via Mr Delivery,the food we received was just off and not what we had ordered.. we called and politely asked them to come fetch their food because it was not what we ordered and the food was off,the manager Toe told us we report the matter to Mr D,we then asked her how can we report the matter to Mr D because they don’t prepare the food,we were told we bring back the food to the restaurant because they don’t have transportation then the manager hung up on us

SERVICE
My friends and I went to Kolonaki restaurant this past Sunday,when we got there we were told to wait outside as the restaurant was fully occupied the lady told us to come back at 4pm,while waiting we decided to take pictures,we saw people who came after us going in and others were leaving but we didn't wanna jump into conclusions,so at 4pm we went back to the lady and tells us,rudely so,that they work with reservations only and we should've made a reservation,the information regarding reservations is available on the website,we then told her that the information regarding reservations is not available on the website otherwise we would've made reservations and we just left,the service they gave us was really unprofessional and the lady was just blatantly rude
