Wrong food and bad service
We ordered food (Chicken Chow Faan) and when we got home it was a totally different meal (Chicken Foo Yong) which was white rice and egg omelette. They do not know what customer service is as we waited very long. Very bad experience indeed.

Rotten food
We ordered food from Tian Tian in Princess crossing via Mr Delivery,the food we received was just off and not what we had ordered.. we called and politely asked them to come fetch their food because it was not what we ordered and the food was off,the manager Toe told us we report the matter to Mr D,we then asked her how can we report the matter to Mr D because they don’t prepare the food,we were told we bring back the food to the restaurant because they don’t have transportation then the manager hung up on us

No smiles at Sushi place
Whether you're buying on Uber or in person, they offer the worst service. We've been to the shop three times and each time was worse than the previous time. 1. None of the staff smiles, while helping you or when you enter the shop. 2. They are RUDE. The staff gossip about you while preparing your order, maybe they think we can't hear/understand them. So, if you can, go and buy your sushi elsewhere because they don't even make it THAT well.

Terrible food and service
Their service is absolutely atrocious! We sat down to look at their menu and know what we could order for take aways! We were told we can’t eat in because they’re busy, mind you there was another family seated and eating already. Other than that, the food in the pictures is completely different from the food we got! The waitresses and chef are rude! Tian Tian Rodepoort!

Foods not consumable at all and during this time of covid its unacceptably disgusting
the food i not safe to consume the dough is raw and thick the meat in side is very little the dumpling is got this burnt smell and taste its got these massive hard pecice of lumps of fat in it it taste like theres sand in it there's wired black pieces of stuff bettween it the soy sause is not soy sause it burns like hell i want a refund right now the restaurant can come fetch this disgusting stuff and are more than welcome to inspectvand taste it i want a a response by the end if today or iam going to be sending this to the food and health safety department this can not be up to code with civid 19 saftey regulations it taste like they are useing the same pan which probably not cleannout thats got burn residue in it thats disgusting that means they are not cleanning it regularly part of covid 19 rule by the way and i want to know what type of meat they used and what the hell type of soy sause is that
