I have struggled with getting a refund from Unisa, despite their finance department claiming it would take 15 working days to refund. I have now made a call and according to Nano Mkhize a consultant it takes 6 months to a year to get a refund from Unisa! How does this make sense?
Their service is absolutely atrocious! We sat down to look at their menu and know what we could order for take aways! We were told we can’t eat in because they’re busy, mind you there was another family seated and eating already. Other than that, the food in the pictures is completely different from the food we got! The waitresses and chef are rude! Tian Tian Rodepoort!
Your service is horrible! I was convinced to get a nedbank account as it would be easier to travel and also once I use my Amex card I would get double the points for greenbacks! I’ve had this account for almost two years now and 0 greenbacks, recently they called me to let me know that my greenbacks card was ready and I could use it to swipe at stores. The balance is STILL 0! How do I keep on using my cards, but receive 0 points? Please explain! I chatted to a consultant who said she would escalate the matter and send me a reference number via SMS. I have gotten no communication since, not even the reference number.
