Rotten food

We ordered food from Tian Tian in Princess crossing via Mr Delivery,the food we received was just off and not what we had ordered.. we called and politely asked them to come fetch their food because it was not what we ordered and the food was off,the manager Toe told us we report the matter to Mr D,we then asked her how can we report the matter to Mr D because they don’t prepare the food,we were told we bring back the food to the restaurant because they don’t have transportation then the manager hung up on us
