Foods not consumable at all and during this time of covid its unacceptably disgusting

the food i not safe to consume the dough is raw and thick the meat in side is very little the dumpling is got this burnt smell and taste its got these massive hard pecice of lumps of fat in it it taste like theres sand in it there's wired black pieces of stuff bettween it the soy sause is not soy sause it burns like hell i want a refund right now the restaurant can come fetch this disgusting stuff and are more than welcome to inspectvand taste it i want a a response by the end if today or iam going to be sending this to the food and health safety department this can not be up to code with civid 19 saftey regulations it taste like they are useing the same pan which probably not cleannout thats got burn residue in it thats disgusting that means they are not cleanning it regularly part of covid 19 rule by the way and i want to know what type of meat they used and what the hell type of soy sause is that
