I ordered a PS4 voucher online from Koodoo, expecting it to be available immediately, as is the standard with most companies. Unfortunately, over an hour has passed, and I still haven’t received it. This delay has caused unnecessary frustration, especially with my kids eagerly waiting to play.
What makes this experience even worse is the lack of any support options. There is no visible support link or way to get help, leaving customers in the dark. This is unacceptable for an online retailer in this day and age.
I won’t be shopping here again unless they significantly improve their customer support and delivery systems.
