I ordered a PS4 voucher online from Koodoo, expecting it to be available immediately, as is the standard with most companies. Unfortunately, over an hour has passed, and I still haven’t received it. This delay has caused unnecessary frustration, especially with my kids eagerly waiting to play. What makes this experience even worse is the lack of any support options. There is no visible support link or way to get help, leaving customers in the dark. This is unacceptable for an online retailer in this day and age. I won’t be shopping here again unless they significantly improve their customer support and delivery systems.

I applied for debt rescue in 2015 and all was good until my last payment in 2020 August , they never followed up, until I ask them to follow up , they just send emails to the creditors, that only respond weeks later, I am still paying small amounts every month , they keep on saying the system is showing this month is the last month, but it never ends, for some creditors I had to follow up myself and settle some accounts myself, after paying Debt Rescue R600 a month for there service for 5 years now, it is so bad service and sad, they just out of the blue want me to pay R2800 again for what? They dont even send me clear statements anymore.

After posting on HelloPeter Telkom immediately paid my first refund for a contract that expired last year.

Telkom double subtract every 2nd month for expired contract.

But now they put my 2nd refund in another Telkom account. I had to open another case ( ********** 4) to transfer the money. This is getting ridiculous...

thanks to HelloPeter

I had to cancel my 2 year contract, because Telkom subtract money after the contract have expired.

I send cancel document 13 March 2017. They still subtract R600 25 April.

I phoned and got case ********** 1, never heard something back, they subtract R600 on 25 Jun again.

Today I phoned again and the lady on the phone said that they did not cancel the contract, she could not give me a reason why, she said I have to wait 24 hours again.
