1 star is too much. I have had a better experience and customer service from Home Affairs. I. boiught Razer Gold vouchers from them for the 2nd time (1st time was also a stuffup and my order was not fullfilled) , gave them a 2nd chance. I bought the vouchers Saturday morning and found out they dont have any support over a weekend and the vouchers was not sent. They pride themselves in being a tech company but no tech was involved. Monday i was told they didnt receive the vouchers from their supplier. I started to put 2 and 2 together that they buy these from overseas and then resell them here. Monday night i eventually got them just to find out 2 has already been redeemed. Its Wednesday now and i cant get hold of Sonja who was helping me just got a snotty email saying they delivered its my job to take it up with Razer themselves as to why is was redeemed. i did this and was told they were redeemed in Hong Kong. Their switchboard is useless , get transferred from one to the other. Wont support again.
