Misleading availability and wasted travel time

I contacted Elvis at Korean Auto Spares Randburg regarding a specific part. Although the initial message mentioned an order was required, I was explicitly told via WhatsApp that if I paid, I could "collect it".

Relying on this written confirmation, I drove 45 minutes to the premises to verify the part and make payment. Upon arrival, I was informed that the part was not available for collection as promised. This resulted in a wasted 90-minute round trip due to contradictory and misleading information.
