Incompetence of Municipality

Today marks day 145 since I complained about rain water pooling in front of our house in Paradise Beach. (Official ticket no 18912 at the DA run Kouga Municipality)

I've sent multiple emails to the Municipality and even WhatsApp messages with pictures to the mayor, on his request, and up and until today, nothing was done.

The pictures shown are from today and I have taken many more over since 27 May, when I reported this problem. We are sitting with rising damp and damage to our house, as a direct result of the DA run Municipality's incompetence.

I was watching a clip on FB earlier where the mayor was bragging about his Municipality heavily investing in road infrastructure and customer services. We have seen nothing of those sevices as yet.

Soon the DA will beg for our votes again, in the coming elections and make promises that they can't keep.

They sure as hell won't get ours.
