Friendly and accommodating staff

<p>The staff is very accommodating. <br />A few weeks back, we spent a weekend at the Kowie River Chalets. Its our second time there together with my parents.</p> <p>I left my shoes under the bed when we left and only realized it a few days later. When I called they assured me that its still there and that they will send it to me.</p> <p>I received a message two days ago informing me that it has been sent and that I shouldn't worry about any cost.<br />When is the last time you experience service where they are prepared to go the extra mile for you even after you left. Thumbs up to you.</p>
