Kurt from K&R was appointed by AON Home Assist to attend to my fridge not cooling due to the recent spate of load shedding. First red flag was he promised to contact me on the initial day of my log being the 11th. At 5pm AON called me to ask if he had attended of which he did not. They eventually got a hold of him of which he advised he would attend the next day. On the 12th he arrived and looked at my fridge and advised my wife that he would give us feedback on the Friday or Monday latest. After numerous attempts to reach Kurt he finally answered my call on Friday at 12.41pm and advised he was sick but would give me an answer an hour later. It’s now almost 24hrs later after sending him numerous messages for follows up and the guy completely ignores you. Poor service from a provider that has been registered with a reputable insurance company and is now dragging their reputation through the dirt. Really pathetic that people have such lack of customer service especially that of a business owner that would only survive on customer’s satisfaction.
