I have been struggling with a Doors galore Installation since late 2021, which to date still has not been rectified. On the 2nd of March (after numerous follow up efforts from my side and an initial denial of any problem from the supplier) Doors galore responded with:
Hi Mr Kotze, My apologies for the delay. The bottom panel should have been fitted with a tensioning system on the inside to prevent it from sagging. This is a std application for all aluminium & glass doors. However, the system was not sent with the door. The factory is currently busy manufacturing a new one which they will send to me once finished. I have followed up now again to find out how far it is and will advise soonest. And on the 10th of March 2022:
Mr Kotze, Sorry, was on leave yesterday with a personal matter. The parts needed will arrive on Monday. I will arrange with the installer and advise on the day of installation. Rgds, Wynand
It is now the 23rd of March 2022, and still no further word from Doors Galore.
Avoid these guys if you can.
