These guys incorrectly scanned a shipment (a Christmas gift for my two boys), resulting in the package being sent from George to Johannesburg instead of to Herm****. The expected delivery date was 23 December, but I have now been told it will be between 29 and 31 December. No apologies offered or attempt to rectify their error, just tough luck for their poorly serviced customer. Will definitely never use this company again!
Their delivery process and communication are nonexistent. I ordered an item online ten days ago and had to follow up on the status of my order, which had remained 'order received' since it was placed. The reply was simply that they will update the order once a tracking number from their courier or supplier has been received. I am still not sure if or when I will receive this package. Instead, steer clear of this company; there are many better alternatives available.
I placed an order for a product on 03 February 2025, confirmed for delivery to Herm**** in the Western Cape on 07 February 2025. The product was a gift for a birthday on the 11th of February, 2025. On the 7th of February 2025, I received a notification that the product was out for delivery and would be delivered before 18h00 on the 7th. No product was delivered. On Monday, 11 February, I received a message that the product was collected at the supplier on the 11th of February (in Roodepoort, Gauteng) and was due for delivery on the 18th of February. I cancelled the order and am now waiting for my refund. This is pathetic service. Almost all other suppliers in SA would have delivered this product without issues. Amazon should close their set-up in SA if this is how they want to provide to SA clients. My advice is to stay away from these guys.
Per my delivery tracking, my product was delivered at 01:35 on Saturday morning, 09 December 2024. The problem is that it was never delivered, while it was due for delivery on Thursday, 07 December 2024. If you try to resolve the issue, you talk to "chatbots". Half an hour later, I now have a reference number, but still no product. That was three hours ago. Their service is pathetic, and their delivery is even worse. I will never use Incredible Connection again and strongly suggest you do not.
I previously struggled with this company, but they committed to rectifying the situation. However, my first installation is still not done (almost two months later). I was foolish enough to place another order with them and today (again a month later) received the following message: Dear Mr Kotze, RE: Taylor Shutters (Shutter Guard & blind factory) Please note that the factory has been in a bit of an upheaval for a couple of weeks and our orders were not forth coming. We have since established that there is currently a strike action taking place at the factory. We have been in contact with the CEO and managers and have had their assurance that the staff currently at the factory can and will be able to see to all our orders. As soon as I have confirmed arrival dates for the various shutter orders placed I will be contacting you for an installation date. We do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and we promise that we are doing all we can to expedite all our orders from Taylor Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Clearly, this company is not in control of its production, I would strongly recommend that you rather use another supplier if you are in the market for blinds or shutters.

I have been struggling with a Doors galore Installation since late 2021, which to date still has not been rectified. On the 2nd of March (after numerous follow up efforts from my side and an initial denial of any problem from the supplier) Doors galore responded with: Hi Mr Kotze, My apologies for the delay. The bottom panel should have been fitted with a tensioning system on the inside to prevent it from sagging. This is a std application for all aluminium & glass doors. However, the system was not sent with the door. The factory is currently busy manufacturing a new one which they will send to me once finished. I have followed up now again to find out how far it is and will advise soonest. Further to the previous reviews about Krazi Door / Doors Galore. The garage door that was installed started to sag. At first the company representatives dispute this, but after I sent them pictures (i.e. nobody has ever been out to the site. The above email from the branch manager was sent on the 2nd of March 2022 (after several follow-ups). Today, on the 9th of March 2022 I still have no further feedback and sit with a defective door and installation.
I placed a large order of Taylor Blinds and Shutters via Windor in Herm****. Paid the deposit before the end of January 2022 (to avoid the price increase - old story). It is now the 8th of March and still no delivery. In fact, after following up I was told that the aluminium material is still on a ship on its way to SA (Durban). This is pathetic, a company without stock to fulfil a sales order - these guys should not be in business! The wooden-based products were supposed to be delivered before around the end of February 2022, but yet again no delivery and not even a single reason why - shocking customer service. Stay away from this company!
