I am appalled that this company requires a 75% deposit and 25% before delivery. Disappointing and not a two way street. Can’t rely on them despite their history, can’t trust them!!

I wish I could give them NO STARS. The service of this company is atrocious. Please don't be fooled into buying from them as their after service is non existent. They have come to our premises 4 times now with second hand equipment and almost injured one of their technicians in the process.

shannon is continuously useless despite reporting him to the CEO Allen months ago . shannon supposedly logged a callout for a service which was never logged . shannon never sent me a quote for more remotes

worst experience ever - was told 2 to 3 weeks for installation - took 5 weeks . paid for 18 remotes . got 8 . phoned to ask for more remotes - lady i spoke to never called me back . been asking for FIVE weeks for a price on a 'counter' - no response . called today left a message for the CEO ( ? ) Allen to call me - no call back

I have been struggling with a Doors galore Installation since late 2021, which to date still has not been rectified. On the 2nd of March (after numerous follow up efforts from my side and an initial denial of any problem from the supplier) Doors galore responded with: Hi Mr Kotze, My apologies for the delay. The bottom panel should have been fitted with a tensioning system on the inside to prevent it from sagging. This is a std application for all aluminium & glass doors. However, the system was not sent with the door. The factory is currently busy manufacturing a new one which they will send to me once finished. I have followed up now again to find out how far it is and will advise soonest. Rgds, Wynand Jacobs | Cape Town Branch Manager And on the 10th of March 2022: Mr Kotze, Sorry, was on leave yesterday with a personal matter. The parts needed will arrive on Monday. I will arrange with the installer and advise on the day of installation. Rgds, Wynand It is now the 23rd of March 2022, and still no further word from Doors Galore. Avoid these guys if you can.

Further to the previous reviews about Krazi Door / Doors Galore. The garage door that was installed started to sag. At first the company representatives dispute this, but after I sent them pictures (i.e. nobody has ever been out to the site. This was the reply from the Branch Manager in Cape Town: Hi Mr Kotze, My apologies for the delay. Terrible customer service. Garage door was delivered more than a month late. Then the installers made an absolute mess of the installation. The R70 000 door had four unsightly holes in the top pannel and the door was fixed to the wall on the outside with steel brackets that are clearly not fit for purpose. Doors galore in Cape Town provide no customer communication and the client is required to follow up and ask questions. Now the supplier is trying to find whether it is the installer (that was contracted by the supplier) or the factory is to blame, while the client is left high and dry. See pictures below of the incredibly unprofessional installation of a high-end garage door. Absolutely shocking!
