Horrible hair care product!!!

In Dec I bought hair care range KRISTEN ESS...not cheap may I add and I'm totally not impressed after having spent so much money on a product that left my hair feeling disgusting and like straw. I've submitted my review to them then but to date not even a response received! The way you advertise your product is most misleading!!! Your customer service pathetic and I say this because of my msg submitted on your website in December which is now just being ignored.
