I booked a room that according to the hotel’s website has a plunge pool. On getting to the room there was no plunge pool and when checking with the front desk, we were informed that they only have one room with a plunge pool which was already taken.
Nowhere on their website is there anything stating that there is only one room with a plunge pool but the rates are exactly the same
