No service, fraudulent company.

I placed an order for a CNC machine with Kuhn CNC Machines in 2020. In December they send out an email that they cannot get spares due to covid 19 and will be closing for the Holidays. I was supposed to get my CNC machine in December, all their previous emails stated that they do have spares and there will not be any delays. They stopped answering phones and stopped replying to all emails.

On various other CNC forums and Facebook pages, other people were also complaining about the same problems.

There are lots of fake reviews on Hellopeter and google about the company and their equipment.

They were advertising that they are under new management in January, but block people on Facebook if you ask for the contact details of the new management.

The next step will be legal action to get my money back and getting some of their other customers involved that were defrauded, to open a fraud case against the owners of Kuhn machines.
