Bad service

I went to this fine establishment for on my birthday on 6th on November and I enjoyed the meal untill the bill came and we started having problems with the speed point and I had to use to sperate cards. I should the waiter the money went off my account on both cards. He said it will reverse back in my account. I have spent more than a week trying to get my money back. I have sent them both transactions which I was promised that it will done last week Friday nothing was paid. Yesterday I was promised before the end of the day still nothing has been done.

I would like to seek a way forward
