I went to this fine establishment for on my birthday on 6th on November and I enjoyed the meal untill the bill came and we started having problems with the speed point and I had to use to sperate cards. I should the waiter the money went off my account on both cards. He said it will reverse back in my account. I have spent more than a week trying to get my money back. I have sent them both transactions which I was promised that it will done last week Friday nothing was paid. Yesterday I was promised before the end of the day still nothing has been done. I would like to seek a way forward
I expressed verbal abuse from Herbert Beukes and as well as Des Van Zyl. When I tried to stop them from exploiting my partner this place is taking advantage of first time car buyers
I have been getting calls from your account department, which I asked for an investigation on the closure of my account. Which today I was told its my fault it was closed the numerous times. I have requested for the account closure.
I have a horrible experience with the instituted after i did an upgrade and my account was debited 3 times the amount. Which was never explained to me why this would happen. After a long I found out that I was false sold a product that I would have never taken if I knew all the facts. I would like the matter to be sorted
