Clinic Negligence on a new born baby
Andiswa khumalo 21 March 2007 Ngazala ngomhaka 26 02 2025 13:10 ( These are details belonging to my cousin) I’m writing this review on behalf of my cousin who gave both recently at this clinic and her new born baby was hurt on the head during the process. This is the below message she sent me. Hy sister imina u andiswa Ngalolusuku engangizala unese ngasho ukuthi ingane ifuna ukuphuma wathi ngimenza isilima wathi angihlale ngezinqa ngahlala nami ngoba wayesho wathi angihlale yena ngimenza isilima usayo qubeka naba funa ukuzala wahamba ngamu memeza wathi unesicefe ngakala isikhathi engafika ngaso kwako 10 ngaze ngazala ngo3:10 nakhona kwaze kwafika omunye wamusiza bazebaba 5 yaze yakhishwa ulo oyisidudla isikhathi engazala ngaso kwaku 3:10 ngahlala ingane ikhanda lalilide lithambile iphuma ingakhali yayithule inhliziyo isishaya kancane isishaya u40 bayiphampa doctor NGAMUZALA ngomhlaka 26 February 2025 amaphilisi iphenobarbitone ilawa amaphilisi There is no empathy or efficiency at this clinic. Patients are not shown . My cousin currently has a very sickly baby because of what happened during the child birth, including swollen head and seizures. I implore the powers that be to react with extreme urgency by addressing this very serious problem. We would like an investigation of what happened to the baby. What happened during the child birth. This is a serious issue.

They hate the community
I know we don't pay them and stuff, but the government employees, they are full of ****, they have no sympathy, no regards for human life what so ever, they seriously dont give a damn, as long as they getting their cheque month end. They forget the reason they are getting the cheque from the beginning, which is to serve the community. It takes all my strength and energy for me to even consider coming to this place, sometimes I say I rather die than to go to that clinic. I got pink eye, I have been here from 7, it 13:30 and I am in contact with people, im still outside the in the line waiting, for only God know when I would be attending, I am only here because I have no others choice

They hate the community

They have misplaced my child's file
I am not happy with the services that I have received today at poly clinic Kwamashu. First of all last year they said they have lost my child's file I ha e to go back to the hospital so they can write a new file, so I did that and they wrote a new file. So today I went to collect my child's treatment and the new file was not found now they found the old one which was missing last year now they claim that this file is no longer valid I have to go back again to the hospital so they can write a new file. I am definitely not happy with their services because they are being careless with our health. How can an important file go missing am just curious about their carelessness.
