I was very frustrated today, I withdrew R100 today, it came up torned, I immediately went inside, they said I got 2 options, to deposit it back to the atm, or I will recieve it tomorrow, how will I get home if recieve my money tomorrow, so I deposited back n then withdraw again, but this time I could on get R90, how should suffer, the charges, whose fault was it that I received a torned money from the first place, now I should suffer the costs
Urll did Kzn dirty shame, why would you do something like this to us, y bring your final here, whereas you knew you don't want the people of kzn, shattered would be an understatement, im devastated, defeated, I don't know what to do with myself, I'm having anxiety, I cant even sleep due to a broken heart, when i c the ads of the game, i feel like my heart is being socked in hot oil, and the heat is on high.I will never be able to recover from this, I know urll don't care, I'm just expressing how I feel, and how much I wanted to go to the stadium

We paid for our dstv on the 21st April, it was due on the 20th April, it continued playing until 25th April, and we trying to communicate with them to fix the error, the staff is so rude they are having none of that, they want use to pay again, to an extent that we ended up watching soccer at people's houses however we paid for ours, they asking for proof of payment, such a big company asking for proof of payment? What kind of system they are using when you pay it does show on their side that they have to ask for proof of payment. we are sending it, yet they say we should pay again, first of all when paying for dstv on your banking app, you don't just type the amount you pay what is being shown to you, I don't understand, the service is so terrible, I don't know why are they treating their customers like this, or it because they don't have competitors, they think they can do whatever they please whenever they feel like it.
I know we don't pay them and stuff, but the government employees, they are full of ****, they have no sympathy, no regards for human life what so ever, they seriously dont give a damn, as long as they getting their cheque month end. They forget the reason they are getting the cheque from the beginning, which is to serve the community. It takes all my strength and energy for me to even consider coming to this place, sometimes I say I rather die than to go to that clinic. I got pink eye, I have been here from 7, it 13:30 and I am in contact with people, im still outside the in the line waiting, for only God know when I would be attending, I am only here because I have no others choice
I want to cash out my ticket, from the beginning hollywood deceived me and provided me with me wrong dates, when I finished making my ticket, the date changes, I'm letting that one slide, I want to cash out and the is no cash out option, I try to reach out to them, I came a cross with Nosipho Sibiya via their live chat, you would swear the lady was a robot, she keep sending me this meaningless automated message, very eager to deactivate the chat, asking me if she can help me with anything else, like the nerve, I was like girl you haven't even helped me with the original issue, u now asking for anything else, what kind of customer service is that? She started saying it an error, okay fine, how are we moving forward? She finally did what she wanted to do from the beginning of the conversation, deactivate the chat. As I'm writing this, my issue is still unresolved.
I had just came from buying some really valuable staff, and I wanted to buy some groceries, someone told me they have reasonable prices so I went there, the security told me I can't go in with the plastic (my valuable) staff, mind you there is a long line at the pacel counter, that is beside the point I did want to leave my staff there when it clear written "leave at your own risk" so I went to enquiry met someone who was also clueless but managed to resolve it he offered to hold my staff at the kiosk coz clearly there stupid and unconsidering the customers policy was stict, which did not make any sense, but I did leave my things at the kiosk and went inside, where I found a dirty untidy with no direction store, nothing was reasonable as I was told, I did not buy anything, I went to my usually Spar and did my groceries, sometimes trying something new is a bad idea
I bought a voucher on the 3rd of November 2023 and Hollywood was having a problem loading it, I call them, they lady said the technicians are working on it and they don't have a time frame on when the issue will be resolved, till today the 4th of November 2023 I can't top up my voucher that I bought with my money, I loosing thousands of Rands because of Hollywood, are they failing in this betting business or they becoming bankrupt? What ever the case may be the shouldn't play with me money, I'm just so disappointed, I've been a client for so long now, I really felt lucky when I bought that voucher, I guess now I would never know what the outcome would have been.
I went PEP cell Davenport with my colleague to post some documents for our clients, I have never experienced such desrespect in my entire life. The lady that was helping us by the name of Bavelile Mdletshe, was beyond rude, she even said "Niyangijwayela" who says such to a customer? It was an issue to a point where one of our packaging was damaged because of her negligence and stinky attitude. One of the package we ended up not posting because we had to buy a new pack, which we didn't because we were given no extra money. Went back to work explained to our management, we had to go back with our supervisor to the store asked for her manager, who was clearly on her side defending her. They is clearly no code of conduct, she was asked, u said to the customers "Niyangijwayela"? She replied in front of her manager "vele Niyangijwayela" even today our package still need to be sent to the client. I personally send an email to their customer care, formally complaining about this, up until today they haven't replied to my email, which makes me wonder why pep have customer care. I believe that lady was constantly rude to us because she knew they will be no consequences what so ever, she will continue doing it to other costumers. PEP was the brand I respected but after what happened on the 1st of July 2022 I lost respect I'm disappointed.
Someone just transferred me their money to make a withdrawal for them boom homechoice debited they just couldn't wait for my pay day tomorrow. I had to borrow money from people to replace it. Talk about inconvenience, I have address this a thousand time 15th 15th 15th15th I don't know what is it you want from me now
