Worst service ever from Marcus. I bought an Elon heater from Plumblink, and he admitted it was a faulty first-version unit. He promised a replacement with a newer model known to work better. Later, they voided the warranty due to no COC or isolator—requirements not mentioned in the warranty docs. The unit has software issues, not physical damage. I offered to pay for repairs since I was testing it before buying 8 more units, but Marcus refused—they won’t even inspect it because it’s from a defective batch. Unacceptable. This is your product—stand by it. Sadly, many South Africans will waste money on this. Buy at your own risk

I bought and installed a Kwikhot 30Lt geyser in Jan, the geyser does not switch on. I called Kwikhot to please send out a technician as the geyser is still under warranty. They sent out their team and they told me the warranty was invalid as there was no push through mixer on the tap. This is garbage as this was not a requirement when my plumber installed it. Kwikhot recently added on this requirement to prevent them having to fulfil their obligation to repair a new geyser. Shame on you Kwikhot for deceiving your customers.

Kwikot Geysers have become inferior. My geyser leaked within 3 years. The ends of the geysers are now plastic. Because I used a ****pa pressure valve, they refuse to replace it. Also when purchased the geyser from Builders warehouse in Ballito, the kwikot geysers where dented and looked poor quality. Also bought all the kwikot pressure valves, fittings from Builders warehouse in Ballito and assumed they knew what they doing. So becarefull. The other brand geyses look better. So forget kwikot brand quality, it's over

Purchased a new geyser from Zeds Mitchell’s Plain in 2019 and then on the 07th October 2020 logged a service call 97-235534 the geyser burst it was then replaced with a new geyser on the 08th October 2020, the new geyser with the same Serial number of the old geyser purchased in 2019. Two weeks later we had another service call logged 101-238409 dd 24/10/2020 to have the Anode replaced on the brand new replacement geyser not even two years later the new geyser with the same Serial number of the old geyser of 2019 was replaced again case number 121-349262 dd 21.06.2022. Yesterday the 09/04/2025 the geyser burst again, I then called Zeds Mitchell’s Plain about the burst and was told that my warranty has expired in 2024, because they don't give new warranty on the new geyser. Their warranty starts from the first geyser installed no matter how many was installed at your premises since then. In other words the geyser is not on warranty but their installation from day one. To me that do not make sense. The warranty supposed to be base on the product. To me it shows that Kwikot geysers cannot hold a 5 year warranty and your Kwikot geyser will break before 5 years is over…. Just leaving this out there, maybe Kwikot will see it and see that the quality they sell is not lasting and they are selling inferior products to the customers.

I am amazed with kwikcot geysers as they install a geyser and you get a 5 year guarantee and after 3 years it pops they replace it for you but then you only have 2 year guarantee left. Shows you how much faith they have in their own product. Wont waste any more time with them.

I have a kwikot geyser that is still in the warranty period. A while ago the geyser started leaking. I called the customer service...the person I spoke to was very polite and when the call got disconnected...she took the time to call me back to continue with my query. I was told that I would be contacted by the technician to check on my availability. I was contacted the same day which was 23 Jan 2025. The guys came out to my premises and when the guy inspected my geyser...his findings was: The geyser is incorrectly installed. My home was renovated and the plumber installed the geyser outside. He said that the kpa valve is wrong...we have a ****pa valve and the geyser is 400kpa. The geyser has worked for all these years with no problems with this valve for the past 4 years. Another issue we have is the water pressure from Ethekwini water supply is below 400kpa. He then went on to say...he can fix my problem if "I make a plan" When asked what he means....he said that I must tell him how much I can give him. When I turned him down...he went on to cancel my query and mark my geyser as out of warranty because of the installation. The technicians that came out to my premises are from Electrolux S.A KZN DIVISION.

Extremely poor quality control, low pressure solar geyser burst, was replaced and the new one burst the very next day. Was replaced by Kwikhot but said I no longer had a warranty as geyser had already been replaced. 2nd geyser burst and same story - geyser was installed but was faulty and leaking the very same day. Call was logged for another burst geyser and technicians were sent out but didnt bring a replacement geyser so had to wait another day, in all a week without a geyser isnt acceptable, really poor service.

Worst possible quality and service, 4 (3x150l and one 100l) geysers burst within the 5 year warranty period and not replaced under warranty, latest one the agent claims they cannot read serial number on the tag although insurance and plumber invoices show date of replacement - 2 different properties that I own. Now sitting with a 18 month old 150l with a leak and not heating up ... A german made geyser I had in the one house lasted over 20 years with no trouble! Stay away from Kwikot unless you want the worst quality and really poor after sales service... I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY KWIKOT OR ELECTROLUX PRODUCTS
