Plumbmagic Plumbers are EXCEPTIONAL

I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years and I have never had a more FANTASTIC experience than dealing with Plumbmagic. Alan Soicher and his team were an experience you need to enjoy. I had pipes that were leaking in the wall, they fixed everything superbly and cleaned up the place so it shines. Well done and thanks for restoring my faith in plumbers.

Kwikot cheat on their warranty I bought and installed a Kwikhot 30Lt geyser in Jan, the geyser does not switch on. I called Kwikot to please send out a technician as the geyser is still under warranty. They sent out their team and they told me the warranty was invalid as there was no push through mixer on the tap. This is garbage as this was not a requirement when my plumber installed it. Kwikot recently added on this requirement to prevent them having to fulfil their obligation to repair a new geyser. Shame on you Kwikot for deceiving your customers.

Rain pathetic internet provider

Pathetic company. I have not had internet connectivity for 4 weeks, and after 84 emails and phone calls, where they keep promising to escalate my problem THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. They keep deducting their fees but deliver NOTHING. I have cancelled all my services with them. RUN AWAY

Pathetic customer service

Rain telecommunication is PATHETIC and WORSE THAN TELKOM. I have not had connectivity for 3 weeks, they don't answer the phone when you call, they don't reply to emails, all 11 of them, except for an automated message that says, ''WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU'' BUT they never miss deducting their money.
