Andre Koekemoer was absolutely exceptional
Andre Koekemoer was absolutely exceptional. After a really stressful ordeal, he remained incredibly calm and reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. He guided me through the entire claims process with patience and clarity, making what could have been overwhelming feel manageable. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help genuinely changed my perspective of MiWay Insurance. Andre is a true asset to the company, and the level of service he provided went above and beyond expectations.

Worst service ever from Marcus
Worst service ever from Marcus. I bought an Elon heater from Plumblink, and he admitted it was a faulty first-version unit. He promised a replacement with a newer model known to work better. Later, they voided the warranty due to no COC or isolator—requirements not mentioned in the warranty docs. The unit has software issues, not physical damage. I offered to pay for repairs since I was testing it before buying 8 more units, but Marcus refused—they won’t even inspect it because it’s from a defective batch. Unacceptable. This is your product—stand by it. Sadly, many South Africans will waste money on this. Buy at your own risk
