Kwikhot cheat on their warranty

I bought and installed a Kwikhot 30Lt geyser in Jan, the geyser does not switch on. I called Kwikhot to please send out a technician as the geyser is still under warranty. They sent out their team and they told me the warranty was invalid as there was no push through mixer on the tap.

This is garbage as this was not a requirement when my plumber installed it.

Kwikhot recently added on this requirement to prevent them having to fulfil their obligation to repair a new geyser.

Shame on you Kwikhot for deceiving your customers.
