Pathetic Service and strongly do not recommend!
On 26 October 2024, my mother-in-law's event was held at KZN Function Venue and Hire. The understanding was that this would be a "walk-in, walk-out" function, with the venue's team responsible for all services except food. However, numerous significant shortcomings were experienced, necessitating family intervention to prevent guest inconvenience. Despite a formal email detailing these issues and requesting a resolution within 14 days, Mr. Moodley and his management have disregarded all communication. I will not recommend KZN Function and venue hire to anyone, and if for some reason you do choose them, do not pay them in full, as they take your money and ignore you and provide pathetic service. A very dishonest company.
