Impossible to book online

Trying to make a booking using the KZN Wildlife booking web site is very trying as payment for the booking does not seem possible. Whichever platform (laptop or mobile, chrome or firefox) is used, one just gets the error: "Please ensure that you enter your email address or mobile number and password correctly. Mobile number should be in the format: 27830000000". Seeing as OTPs are reaching me via email and mobile, it would seem the error is nonsense.

Promptly contacted by KZN Wildlife reservations, was sent a provisional reservation advice, which could be paid by bank transfer.
