Absolutely appalling customer service. I was overcharged by R 1800 between an online booking (they overcharge) and an email booking, and for three weeks, I've been completely ignored. My emails and calls to the bookings, refund, and customer service departments have gone unanswered. They clearly dont value its customers or honor its pricing. The blatant way of being ignored by 3 departments is a slap in the face - besides being out of pocket."
