9 people for mothers day - prebooked. You guys dropped the ball left,right and centre. The noice level was so extreme that it was impossible to have a conversation, my father had to switch off his hearing aid for it could not cope with it (which totally took him out of any comunication whatsoever), the rest of us literally had to YELL - we requested several times to at least switch off the music which was played on top of it all which was done twice but after minutes switched back on even louder - it was absolutely impossible. Placing an order became a yelling game with countless repetitions due to it. Out of the 9 dishes we ordered - 1 came after 30 minutes, which wasnt even the kids one (in the meanwhile the table next to us which arrived and ordered after us got served 6 full meals) - the rest followed (or at leat 90 % of it) 1hr 15 minutes later. 4 dishes were cold and one only got the side dish and no main. We sent the cold food back, inquired about the outstanding main and requested the manager. The manager arrived, said he would sort it out in the kitchen and off her weny - never to be seen again. The food did arrive again 15 minutes later (we are now 1 1/2 hrs in- first person ate 1 hr ago) . 2 dishes were still lukewarm - but we were starving and ate anyway. I just have no words - worst motherday "treat" ever, we could not have a conversation (noise levels were deafening) , the kitchen/food was a repeated and neverending series of bad planing, executing and delivering. The manager never checked in with us again, and we left a few thousand Rand there for an experience we sure do not ever want to repeat again. Extremely disappointing on all fronts.

For weeks, they consistently ignored my urgent business needs, resulting in a significant five-figure financial loss and the irreparable damage of client relationships. Due to them not having been able to deliver basic webhosting or net stability for WEEKS it had a tremendous impact on my business. Yet they demonstrated a complete and utter disregard for my business and my time with their totally fragmented and non-interested "customer service". I endured 52 hours of agonizing hold times and relentless re-dialing, while also sending 62 emails (which were either not answered or filed as "resolved"), a testament to their complete lack of any communication and rather pecu**** system they have set up. Calls were abruptly terminated, inquiries were dismissed, and legitimate requests/complaints were falsely marked as "resolved." I was even asked to remove reviews first if I want my refund for webhosting that I had paid in advance after I had finally cancelled my hosting with them. There's a lack of clarity regarding the company's management structure. Efforts to seek more information about departmental leadership and escalate concerns have not been met with clear responses. Their customer service is not just poor; it is beyond frustrating and most of all costly and time consuming from my side. They consistently contradicted themselves, refused to acknowledge their errors, and displayed a complete lack of accountability. From the CEO (who also promised correspondence and then also just disappeared) down, there is a pervasive culture of unprofessionalism and disrespect. This was beyond bad customer service which came at a hefty price tag for me. Even cancelling my hosting etc with them was turned into a big song and dance.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I was overcharged by R 1800 between an online booking (they overcharge) and an email booking, and for three weeks, I've been completely ignored. My emails and calls to the bookings, refund, and customer service departments have gone unanswered. They clearly dont value its customers or honor its pricing. The blatant way of being ignored by 3 departments is a slap in the face - besides being out of pocket."

They operate with a level of shadiness that is both shocking and unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs if you value your business (and yourself). Even cancelling my hosting etc with them was turned into a big song and dance - what a difference it makes since I am with a reputable service provider now.
The most *********** and shady company I have ever dealt with. Weeks of server issues from their side caused me massive amounts of money amd huge impact on my business. I received ZERO accountability from 1-grid, ZERO customer service, even when I ended up moving the hosting and domain to another provider - nothing but hickups and incompetence. Promises from top management (CEO Thomas Vollrath - right down to finance management and support staff) were not kept. 2 months of back and forth with every step fought for from MY side, strange and ever changing "procedures" down to plain down being ignored and countless calls just being dropped or left hanging in the phone loop ...... NEVER in my life have I experienced this level of total disregard, non-service, hood winking and lies ... and that's before the fact that you can not deliver (nor are you willing to) consistent webhosting or any other service. They also don't mind a bit of *********ing as in "removing your review from social media would certainly swing the outcome of the finance meeting in your favour" when I asked for a refund for the remainder of the year after having paid 12 months in advance ! Despicable. They also refuse to tell you who the head of which department is and who they refer to as the CEO but apparently Head of Finance and the CEO are the ones deciding personally on who gets refunds and who doesnt - THIS PLACE IS INSANE !!!!!!
The worst customer service ever. They are having server issues for 6 days now - my webpage can not be loaded. They do not return phonecalls (a total of 7 times) , send messages that they "will see to it". Temporary fix it for 40 minutes on extra slow. Drop calls without returning. You cant speak to manager etc for "they are not on site" during a 6 DAY SERVER FAILURE ? You are left on the phone loop for ages and then the call gets dropped. Tickets lodged get generic responses. It is utterly ridiculous. I have thousands of Rands of loss of income and the server is still down - Absolutely unacceptable !!!
I ordered part decoration and they stipulated delivery within 10-15 working days which would have been intime for the event. Along the way they informed me that delivery is now taking THREE WEEKS longer - which would have been after the event. Their policy says that you can cancel with full refund at any time as long as your goods are not dispatched. So I cancelled and requested a refund - and I havent heard ever since !!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING and unprofessional !!!! And extra 3 weeks for delivery ? AND then you go against your own cancellation policy and just ghost the client? Not ok at all

The WORST and most RIDICULOUS non-service I ever experienced. Ordered and paid online, 4 weeks later - NOTHING. people constantly lie, dont come back to you, emails dont get responded to, whatsapp numbere doesnt work, chat bot doesnt work, no order in system after being told its being printed. I still do NOT have my business cards or any indocation thereof.. I wrote 18 emails and did endless calls - my request for refund had also just been ignored. PATHETIC
