Refusing patients their rights to their results.

I love this lab, it's affordability and the pathologists generally do a good job drawing blood but they are the only lab in SA that denies a patient their rights to their own blood results! Complete disregard for POPIA, and I dont know how they still get away with it.

Their invoicing system is a disaster, requesting an invoice for tax returns or medical aid submissions just doesn't work. There's no unit price per test on the invoices just a list of tests and a total. If you pressed for money, it's great, if not save yourself the hassle and stick with lancet and ampath where your results and invoices are literally an app away.
