Labuschagne Attorney-Concerns Regarding Conveyancing Service

We were assigned Debbie Coetzee from Labuschagne Attorneys as the conveyancing secretary to assist with the sale of our property. At the beginning of the process, we received some feedback from her, but communication significantly declined after the new owners had made the payment.

Despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, responses were either delayed or absent. On the few occasions we did manage to speak with her, we found her to be dismissive and unhelpful, often assuring us that she would respond—yet those replies took several days, if they came at all.

The process was unnecessarily delayed due to a lack of flexibility and poor communication. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received and hope this feedback is taken seriously.
