We were assigned Debbie Coetzee from Labuschagne Attorneys as the conveyancing secretary to assist with the sale of our property. At the beginning of the process, we received some feedback from her, but communication significantly declined after the new owners had made the payment. Despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, responses were either delayed or absent. On the few occasions we did manage to speak with her, we found her to be dismissive and unhelpful, often assuring us that she would respond—yet those replies took several days, if they came at all. The process was unnecessarily delayed due to a lack of flexibility and poor communication. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received and hope this feedback is taken seriously.
NO RESPONSE! I reported an incident to the FNB call centre, Ref. No. 2024-257062 On the 8th of March for an unauthorised transaction was made on my account of R1710.00. I followed up after 7 days and I was told it takes 14 days for the investigation. I phoned the call centre even now and still no resolution.
Cell C Billing I'm so irate currently with cell c. My account was debited on the 28 July, and a week later I received an SMS stating i'm in arrear and a penalty fee added. I phoned in and sent my proof of payment as per the ask. 2 weeks later after chasing my call I was told the money has been allocated correctly. This month (28 August) I was tripled billed. I went to the Woodlands cell c store and I was told I need to contact the customer care and sent my proof od payment. I did as advised, called in and what’s worse is that the agents I have been engaging with was not taking my matter seriously and I had to repeat myself 3 times. Im told there has been a reversal on my account, which is a lie. All my debits went off as per usual. I have pulled my statements and have full proof I was billed incorrectly. Im so furious now and want my refund.
