LAdebt is ****ming people
Hello Peter
I am experiencing a huge red flag with these people and I just gave them a call to say I need to cancel them, and I'm being told that I needed to wait for three months to be able to cancel this ****ty contract which was not the case when I signed up, now my previous consolidators are debiting me and they too are debiting me, I am actually reading reviews about them and it's **********, people are losing their houses and cars to these people while their pockets are getting fat. Now they refused to refund me and I'm ****med of 5800 including the last month's payment. Why is this company still operating in South Africa when under reviews and people are crying out here, can we please do something about this.
I NEED THAT APPLICATION CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

23 Jan 2026, 08:01I have taken measures with the NCR And seeing that their reputation is deemed undignified by the mass, these people should be really investigated and dealt with accordingly, there's a woman named kashnee blatantly refused to 3way call with zero debt that is still recognised under my profile by all the reputable debt companies that I have called to see what I can dig out and it does not look good for them

I am writing another report for the third time and there's still no movement, what is worse is that my loans and car payments have not gone through for last month , I received a call from debt collection department at wesbank and another from sanlam saying that I am in arrears, I then went on to call zero debt to find out how is it that LAdebt said they communicated and yet they still took what is due to them to distribute to where those monies go and still got debited by LAdebt and yet I still owe, there is a lot at stake here and these people still tell me nonsense that to cancel my deal with them takes two months which is quite absurd to my credit regulation knowledge, I demand for this issue to be taken care of, I also want to make mention that they are not even registered with the NCR , Which is worrisome, I also traced their office and where it is situated and that place in Durban at the plaza Mall just next to Hollywood up the stairs,is said that clients can't even access as it is always locked, also that there is a client of theirs that has been paying grands of monies for about 8years and yet those funds do not reach where they are intended to reach, and whenever they try to find out what is going on they remain ignored and told this ****py story that once they signed up they can't and will not be helped, they have this RULIE PRETORIUS Lawyer guy who is behind all this , I bet they even send people into bad credit records.
I need these people exposed.
