They instruct you to make a booking for ultrasound over email, which I have done before a few months ago, with less hassle. (note, not 'no hassles')
Tried to make another appointment, and reception just replies to contact a number, which says your are first in queue, and disconnects you after a while.
Go back to email, ask for help and why there is a problem as this has been done before, and they just give you a one-liner response: "They probably busy"
Not even any decency to put a name to their signature and stop communicating to Dr offices that we must send to an email if you don't offer the service anymore.
If you are fully booked or don't want business, say so. Treating customers with absolute disregard in the healthcare sector is arguable worse than almost any other sector. Get your house in order.
Called another provider and got an appointment sorted in less than 3 minutes, including wait time.
