They instruct you to make a booking for ultrasound over email, which I have done before a few months ago, with less hassle. (note, not 'no hassles') Tried to make another appointment, and reception just replies to contact a number, which says your are first in queue, and disconnects you after a while. Go back to email, ask for help and why there is a problem as this has been done before, and they just give you a one-liner response: "They probably busy" Not even any decency to put a name to their signature and stop communicating to Dr offices that we must send to an email if you don't offer the service anymore. If you are fully booked or don't want business, say so. Treating customers with absolute disregard in the healthcare sector is arguable worse than almost any other sector. Get your house in order. Called another provider and got an appointment sorted in less than 3 minutes, including wait time.
Amazing service thank you! My 1.5kw VSD pump started to give some problems, so I switched back to mains for a bit until I had time to sort it out. It turns out the pump was 2 weeks out of warranty by the time I got to it, but AQS went above and beyond and repaired it for me anyway. (And I'm pretty sure a snake in the fan isn't covered under warranty in any case!) Special thanks to Ivica for all the help and arrangements and getting us back up and running.

What they hide and don't tell you is that the warranty only covers the gas lift. I weigh 70kg, thus 50kg under the limit, and the support nut on the axle, which keeps chair stable, broke on the right hand side. So an inferior part(s) is not covered by warranty. (This is the second time Makro has refused to honor a warranty, I stopped using them for years and eventually thought maybe they have fixed their drama... clearly I was very wrong.) I left them with the useless, now garbage chair, and left to rather support other businesses
I ordered premade agar plates with some spores, and asked them to triple check it before shipping as my first attempt was a total waste. Agar arrived wet & goopy with lots of water and they sent replacement. Replacement arrived and looks the same, this is where arrogance began and telling me how their product is fine and extra water is not a contamination risk and how they are the best and cheapest etc etc. I never opened their first pack with agar plates and sent them pictures of contamination in the bag, edges of lids of the agar plates and majority of them have contamination in the container as well. The replacement batch had less water in the containers, but still a significant amount, and the guy tried to tell me how it is fine and they also use it and doesn't pose a contamination risk At this point mr KnowItAll has no interest in customer care, and after I sent him pics to prove the watery mess of contaminated the first sealed batch. I was not asking for refund or replacement, just trying to bring to attention, but it turns out he just wanted to start swearing at me and how they are self-proclaimed to be the best.... lol Check out the other supplier if you can, I have had good experience with MushroomGuru and SporeMonk
I bought a Creality LD-002R from this company. After 2 weeks of battling and resetting to get prints to just work sometimes, I finally figured out there was dead spots on the LCD from the start. I reported it and email ignored. I called almost a 10x times before someone answered. Friendly and assured me their stock was on the way and would raise and escalate issue. Nothing happened.... I have tried calling again and following up on emails. PS: I have already ordered a LCD screen and replaced it. The burn times is all of a sudden at 25% of what I had to place it at to sometimes get a success. Further supporting faulty product.
I have placed and paid for #5582 on 30 November 2019. R4k!! I have queried via the website before their shutdown, well over 10 working days. I have queried again 2 days ago. 0 Communication or response, money taken, "order confirmed", but I am starting to wonder if this is a scam site, considering how many have complained here. Should have checked here first. I need an update on this so I can decide to demand a refund if you cannot source, so I can get elsewhere.
