I had an issue with my Lalela inverter that I purchased through takealot and it was still under warranty, as per the warranty I had to contact Lalela directly to let them know about the issue.
I sent an email late at night to Lalela and I provided all the documents and information they requested , the very next morning a lady by the name of Sarina had responded to my email and throughout the entire process she has been very helpful , polite and simply amazing and I also would Like to thank Rhys at the Technical department for also going above and beyond in resolving the issue with my unit.
I cannot thank you guy's enough , your service is amazing John
