My takealotmore benefits are not working when I place an order, I sent an email for assistance to fix the issue, however Takealot taking a lot of time to respond and assist, This means I cannot place my order yet , the company whose product I am trying purchase is not getting a sale yet. Looks like takealot has fallen asleep at wheel.
Samantha was very helpful and the tow truck didn't take very long to come tow my vehicle, very well organized.
I had an issue with my Lalela inverter that I purchased through takealot and it was still under warranty, as per the warranty I had to contact Lalela directly to let them know about the issue. I sent an email late at night to Lalela and I provided all the documents and information they requested , the very next morning a lady by the name of Sarina had responded to my email and throughout the entire process she has been very helpful , polite and simply amazing and I also would Like to thank Rhys at the Technical department for also going above and beyond in resolving the issue with my unit. I cannot thank you guy's enough , your service is amazing John

I got my fibre in the pure fibre promotion, I got the 8/2mbps package, it was the cheapest package at R499 but it was fine for my needs , then Afrihost sent me an email stating they have give me a forced upgrade 10/10mbps at R599 per month from 1st April 2021because Vumatel is discontinuing the 8/2mbps, ok I wasn't happy but I didn't complain , tonight I received another email Afrihost saying I'm getting a forced upgrade to 20/10mbps at R648 for 1Aug 21, but no mention as to the reason why , so in 4months they will have increased by month bill by approximately 30% , I feel I'm getting ripped off to pay extra for more speed which I don't and don't want. I never had anything negative to say about Afrihost, I only had positive feedback for them but now I think they have gone to far , they must sell products if they going to keep making them obsolete and force customers to remain on products at a higher price.
Dear Miway Thank you so much for the surprise , I really appreciate it. You guy's really went out of your way and made my day. John A
I just received an email from Afrihost informing me that Vumatel d discontinuing my fibre speed 8mbps/2mbps and my fibre will be automatically upgraded to 10mbps/10mbps at an increase of 20% to my monthly subscription as of 1st April 21 , I feel this is a low ball move as I didn't need any upgrade and definitely not a 20% increase. So Vumatel offers upgrades on fibre but if you don't upgrade they will just force you too.
Today I went to buy a new battery for my cellphone , I first went to Mtn and was immediately assisted by the staff and I got the price and I then went to Vodacom to get a price as well and on walking the staff 3 of them look at me but do not acknowledge that im there and look as if they looking through me(one of the 3 staff was busy) so I waited a couple of minutes but they still don't ask if I need assistance and I have ask them to help me , I got the price of the battery from them too , it was the same price as at Mtn , even though I am a Vodacom customer , I decided to go to back to Mtn and buy the battery I needed from them as they gave good customer service. Thank you to the staff at Mtn today. You made a customer feel appreciated.
