Lalela Retail - Above and beyond customer service

Due to a prolonged power outage, my Lalela Inverter Trolley ran fully flat. When the power came back, there was a surge, which blew someting in the inverter. I use this machine to power my CPAP when we have extended power failures, so it is basically a life-saving device. I made contact with Lalela Retail (Lali Moodley) who told me to bring it in, and they will look at it. I took it in and within the same day they came back to me to tell me it has been repaired at no charge. This is above and beyond customer service, as the trolley is 2 years old and out of warranty.
