Refuse to refund
Had a debit manandate with them but soon realized that I don't need their services anymore spoke to the consultant that I will call them when I'm ready but they never canceled on their system and my money was deducted from my account and they refuse to refund me.

Good morning Please be careful about the following company as the are taking advantage of people taking money in our accounts without any authorization the are ****mers when you go inside the bank like capitec the will tell you that the is nothing that the can do...as the can't reverse the debit order....Please guys be careful about this people... I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against LAMAVUSO CREDIT SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD (NCRC***736), with whom I engaged for debt counseling services. Background of the Issue: In 2024, I signed up with LAMAVUSO CREDIT SOLUTIONS to assist with the removal of my debt review status. Unfortunately, after agreeing to their terms, they became unresponsive for approximately two months. On December 2024, they ********ly deducted R3500 from my FNB account despite my prior request to change the payment method to my Capitec account. Their system retains both accounts, and they seem to attempt deductions from FNB if funds are unavailable in Capitec. In January 2025, I contacted them to cancel the contract. They provided a cancellation form via WhatsApp, which I completed and returned via email. Despite this cancellation, they continue to attempt unauthorized deductions from my account, leading to accumulating bank fees. Request for Action: I kindly request your intervention in this matter as I believe LAMAVUSO CREDIT SOLUTIONS is not adhering to the regulations set forth by the National Credit Act. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue directly with them but have not received a satisfactory response. Please let me know if you require any further information or documentation from my side to facilitate this complaint. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

This company is failing to refund what is due to me
Im looking for a refund from this company since I cancelled contract within 5 days, they told me I must wait for 30 working days that has passed long ago, I went there personally to cancel a contract and signed papers but when I signed to follow up I was told cancellation was not captured, which is not my problem as I still counting 30 days from the day I was there, They are not responding to emails, their phone is always engaged, when you finally talk to someone they cant help they actually dont know what they are doing, you want to speak to a manager they demand to speak to you yet they cant help you, I only went there to enquire and I found out that they are not what i was looking for and I dint want to sign but the receptionist convinced me to sign a contract saying I can cancel within 5 days, I didn't know that was a catch I want my refund in cash asap
