This is a con. I received instant responses to my emails during the enquiry period. Then I paid. After that I only received an email saying my payment was received and I would receive a ticket...... Then nothing. Emails asking for details and the ticket.... nothing Eventually, on the same email thread as the above, I was asked for my cellphone number. I sent my number and a lady phoned me. Within the first sentence uttered, she asked me what booking I was referring to, what name was the ticket in and what number was on the ticket. Before even asking what date I'd booked for, in fact before I could give any details, she said it was ***** on my side. She repeated this several times. ***** on my side. Someone on my side answered my mails posing as Langeberg bus diens and gave me the wrong bank account. Even though she had just gotten my phone number from the same email thread as the proof of payment email. She became very angry. Never asking me how she could help, could we still get my daughter to her graduation ceremony in Stellenbosch, let's work together on this. A man was suddenly on the phone shouting at me. An unbelievable experience all in all. I have wasted days that I could have used to get a legitimate lift as well as R620. Luckily I didn't pay the return fare as I didn't have enough money yet.
