VERY POOR!!!

We had previously used Langeberg Busdiens successfully for our travels, booking a seat via email. However, during a trip booking, we encountered significant issues. After receiving confirmation and banking details via email, we made the payment, only to be told that the account details were incorrect, despite using the official email address, consistent with our previous booking.

Upon contacting the company, we were informed about a hacking incident six weeks prior, a recurring issue they acknowledged but continued business operations. Subsequently, alternative banking details were provided via WhatsApp. When discussing the matter with a company representative, they disclaimed any responsibility for the situation.

This experience raises serious concerns about Langeberg Busdiens' commitment to customer protection. We advise exercising caution when considering their services, as our encounter implies potential security risks and a lack of accountability. ⚠️
