GAME LANGEBERG MALL IS A DISGRACE... WAS my previous heading when I've loaded a complaint. HOWEVER, today I want to thank Adriaan Du Plessis, Floor Manager at Game, who turned my complaint into a huge COMPLIMENT!

Adriaan, thank you for taking the time to investigate and to assist above and beyond OUR expectations! It is people like you that make people still believe in good customer service! If it was not for you, I would have never supported any Game store again!
