GAME LANGEBERG MALL IS A DISGRACE... WAS my previous heading when I've loaded a complaint. HOWEVER, today I want to thank Adriaan Du Plessis, Floor Manager at Game, who turned my complaint into a huge COMPLIMENT! Adriaan, thank you for taking the time to investigate and to assist above and beyond OUR expectations! It is people like you that make people still believe in good customer service! If it was not for you, I would have never supported any Game store again! Please may you share the above to Adriaan! Thank you!!

So I have a contract with MTN for a year now, no problems at all. Yesterday I went to the shop in Langeberg Mall and app**** for a new contract a second one and everything was going well untill the system said processing application which is fine and today I got a sms that said processing on hold, so I try to contact MTN at Langeberg Mall and there’s ten different numbers and NOT EVEN ONE answered. They didn’t send me an email, no courtesy call to tell me whats going on nothing, now it takes me to go into the store again i don’t live in Mossebay just because they don’t have a phone to call on. Firstly it’s a CELLULAR SERVICE and secondly it’s 2024 how can this even still be an issue.

I visited this bramch several times on;ly to find that advertised items or items on promotion are not in stock at this branch. Recently I wanted to buy a chair and a cushion as indiciated on their webpage, but the branch has no stock available of peither item. I cannot undertstand why this branch is most of the time out of stock of certain items. The only conclusion I can come to as that they do not always order items frequently or in time to ensure that they always have stock.

using covid as an excuse for poor service- You must sit outside the bank for customer care? now, today, still! This is such a big floor area bank, no one inside, but you must wait outside? Some years back, simulator problem same branch- one person at customer care with 10 people in line, But all the tellers are open , no-one in line

I bought a chocolate at game langeberg mall.which was filled with "maiers" i spoke to pierre delport who just shifted the blame and told me i must contact beacon yet the product was on his shelves. This is so gross its a pity i cannot show the pictures on here as i still have it. He just told me there is nothing he can do i must just fome get my money.this is so unacceptable to get such pathetic service time and again from the same person.

<p>I visited Clicks on Sunday 25th of June. Clicks advertised a promotion of a free make-up bag if you purchase any Maybelline products for more than R220. I bought 2 producks for R325. At the counter the cashier Sinethemba did not know about the promotion and had to go to the shelve to see what it was about. She came back and told me they only received a few bags. I said to her to rather take the promotion sign off if you know that you don't have it in stock. I were not happy at all because i do not normally buy the maybeline foundation. The supervisor then told me they did not receive the bags yet. The cashier again told her its out of stock! I then just walked away because it is not about the bag, it is about the principle . Why mislead clients by putting up nice promo ads if you know that you don't have it in the shop? I just think its poor service!</p>
