I am qukite unsatisfied with Bargain Books at Mossel Bay as they always do not make provision that they have anouht copies of books written by famous Affrikaans authors. I called tem this morning about a new book of a famous author to find out whether they this book available and waws told that it has been sold out and that they did otfrt so mrre copies. This is now the third that it happens dthat a book I amlooking for are sold out and then I have to wait until they receiove more copies. I previously advised them that they should ordere anough copies of books by famous authors, with n o avail.
I recently called Cell C to increase my call limit as I couldnt make calls anymore. Their service is really bad as they did not always answer my questions and they just ended the call while I was still busy talking to them. One time I failed the security question section and tjhe lady I was ta;llking to didnt even answer me when I asked her which question I answered incorrectly. She just told me to call them again and that she cannot repeat the sedurity questions
I visited this bramch several times on;ly to find that advertised items or items on promotion are not in stock at this branch. Recently I wanted to buy a chair and a cushion as indiciated on their webpage, but the branch has no stock available of peither item. I cannot undertstand why this branch is most of the time out of stock of certain items. The only conclusion I can come to as that they do not always order items frequently or in time to ensure that they always have stock.
Ignition telecom systems debits my bank account with the amount of R99-00 indicating that it is for Pro Bundles. I have no idea what this is for and tried to call them but not resolve my problem
I recently called the call centre of the bank to enquire abpiut a debit on my account only to find that I must answer seven security questions before they can assist me with my enquiry. I think this is ridiculous because to me it is clear they want to know your whole pedigree before they can help you.
I settled my Game account a few months ago, but they keep on charging me with interest, fees and insurance costs which I don't understand why this is done. I called them to enquire about these charges, but unfortunately the consultant to whom I spoke was not able to answer my question and kept me on hold for long periods without coming back to me.
I tried to change my username and password, but could only change my password as there is no option to change your username so I don't know how Transunion expect me to check my report on line
I decided to go and watch the movie "Poppie Nongena" at the Garden Route Mall in George only to find that the movie is not shown at this cinema. This is quite unacceptable and unfair to people of George and the surrounding areas and poor service. This is already the second that they decided not to show a certain movie at the Garden Route Mall.
I recently bought a printer from Game in Mossel Bay only to find that is not printing. I took it back the next day so that they can check wat the problem might be. While waiting for them I noticed on their latest weekly leaflet of promotions starting on 1 January 2020 that they offer a HP as well as a Canon cordless printer on promotion. Upon asking them whether i can exchange the printer I bought for the HP printer I was informed that do not have stock of the printer as well as of the Canon printer as advertised. This is quite unacceptable that they did not have stock on the first day of the promotion. How do they justify that? It is clear that provision was not made by the responsible person/s that the branch has the necessary stock available as advertised. I would like to hear from Game in this regard.
I Recently bought an e-book from Takealot.com and received same, but could manage to download or open it after several different attempts. They cannot be reached by phone as no phone numbers are indicated on their webpage, so how must one get hold of them.
