Extended Warranty. My 2nd cliam logged, bothe approved. Got quick feedback after submitting all the documents. Had a question and phoned in, it was easy to get hold of them via phone also.
you pay R9 per transaction via the inter net - I bought R60 - R9 = R51 give R4.63 per unit- WOW
2nd time doing a review, Would give minus -5 rating .Agree: if so many complaints, how is this company still in business. Left the flat unoccupied from end November 2024 - used 86 unit for December alone. -1 Jan- 14 Jan used 36 units already, with no occupant. - So it used more electricity than last February 51 , March 62 , Apr 56 units, when occupied. Even if the fridge is on the whole time, it can't be this much.
Couldn't get hold of FairPrice furniture by phone, so I tried Hisense SA customer care- did a online request but also called them. Got through to a helpful and friendly customer care agent. Within a day we were contacted to arranged an appointment time. The item got fixed and is still working. Good experience. Thank you Hisense team.
If I could score a minus I would. Really not worth it. Complexes should not use them.. It is difficult to use, register etc.. I just bought electricity and was charged R5 per unit. Unreal. How can they still operate!!!! WOW . Since day one we battled, that was in January 2024. If I new this complex used this system with Protea metering, It would be enough for me not to rent at 56Rissik. Lovely complex but this Protea meter is giving it a bad name. Bad Bad experience. Its a battle.
using covid as an excuse for poor service- You must sit outside the bank for customer care? now, today, still! This is such a big floor area bank, no one inside, but you must wait outside? Some years back, simulator problem same branch- one person at customer care with 10 people in line, But all the tellers are open , no-one in line
water bottle, overheating claim1003181053-00002 has been going since 2July, I'm really struggling - call after call, no finalization to my claim. frustrating Did claim with Hollard in 2018, and it was sorted in a couple of days- cant think why I should continue with dotsure- no good

Being a customer for so many years at game Mossel bay , I was disappointed when they did not want to exchange/refund me for an item I bought just a month ago. Crack in panel heater -Being a qualified artisan, I think I will know how to fit it to a wall, and then telling me it cracked because it was over tightened? [fine crack in middle, not from the fixture holes.]
