Shifting the blame to the customer!! Lying ******

Bunch of lying ******! Not only is there communication extremely poor. After you get your quote, pay for something, there is ZERO communication until the package is delivered (You just "hope" you get it. You can follow-up as much as you want, no replies. Send a new mail for a new quote - They QUICKLY respond....

My recent interaction with them was absolutely disgusting and disappointing! I received an LCD broken (you can clearly see it was dropped on the left corner (edge)... Packaging was very poor - although, you can clearly see it was dropped before packaging it!!

And of course, guess what?!! Yes, you guessed it, they are blaming me (the customer) and it was completely fine after they tested it... Sure! Which evidence do you have that the guy who took it off the bench didn't drop it and then just kept quiet and packaged it like that?!

Needless to say, even though they obviously don't care... I won't be using their services EVER again!!
