Unauthorized debits

My account has been debited several times by this company for amounts of R99. My bank gave me the details of Kianga Trading 0872310150. After phoning this company they said that they only deal with disputes of debits, write a letter on your behalf to the company debiting your account so that they will stop and refund you.<br> The also said I must call this company myself to stop this.<br> <br> The gave me their number 031-8377434 and a lady answered. They told me they will refund in the next 10 working days all the monies deducted and also stop this debit. The didn't tell how they got my details into their system. I will wait and see the progress, this is really annoying!<br> <br> Earlier this year I did have a similar debit from the same company which was reversed after I contacted my bank. Annoying indeed!!
