UNATHOURISED BILLING
Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> Since last year September 2015 I have been noticing that there is an amount of R99.00 that is getting out of my account.. Someone has been Dr my cheque account without my consent. Yesterday I went to my bank (ABSA) in Pavilion Branch to enquire about this they confirmed what is written in my Bank Staments.<br> <br> I want you to refund my money. I never gave you a consent to my account, what you did is fraud and I am not taking this matter low. I want to see justice done and also a person who is insider who provide you with our banking information.<br> <br> This matter needs to be resolved an amount of R495.00 to be refunded to me in a form of a cheque.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Luleka

Unauthorized debits
My account has been debited several times by this company for amounts of R99. My bank gave me the details of Kianga Trading 0872310150. After phoning this company they said that they only deal with disputes of debits, write a letter on your behalf to the company debiting your account so that they will stop and refund you.<br> The also said I must call this company myself to stop this.<br> <br> The gave me their number 031-8377434 and a lady answered. They told me they will refund in the next 10 working days all the monies deducted and also stop this debit. The didn't tell how they got my details into their system. I will wait and see the progress, this is really annoying!<br> <br> Earlier this year I did have a similar debit from the same company which was reversed after I contacted my bank. Annoying indeed!!

Debit Dispute
I called to enquire about who they are and why the debited my account, the lady hung up and when I called back I could not go through. I don't even know what company this is but they debited R99 of my account.
